GLOBAL GAMES

The  Global  Games or World games were  founded   in  1981, by  the  International  Partnership  Of Global  Games.  It’s  an  International  Organization  constituted  below  the  law  of  Sweden and composed  by  International  federations.  The  games  were created after  the  idea  of  participate  in   some  sports  that  aren’t  in  the  Olympic  games .

Difference between The Olympic Games and the Global Games

The Olympic Games: are the MOST important Games in the world, because they have most of the sports and disciplines.

The Global Games: are  the  SECOND  MOST important Games,  and  have  the  games  that  are  not  recognized  among  the Olympic  ones.

World Games Cali 2013

The  global  games  of  Cali  are  the  first ones held  in  the  region  of South  America.  They  were  presented  by following  the  ecologist  idea  to  have    clean  games  with  our  world  that  is  the  good  way, it´s  a  good  campaign  for  me. It’s  the  time  when  we  can  say  to  the  world …! This is Colombia!

THE SPORTS ARE:

Ball Sports: Kayak-Polo, Korfball, Handball in Beach, Squash, Fist ball[1], Rugby 7.

 Motor Sport: Monosquare

Force Sorts: Power Lifting, Fight in Rope, Body Building

Precision Sports: Poll, Archery, Bowling

Vanguard Sport: Ultimate, Aquatic skiing, Skating, Baseball, Hockey.

Martial Arts: Sumo, Karate, Ju-Jitsu, Hapkido

Dance: Sport Dance, Acrobatic Gymnastics, Rhythm Gymnastics.
